It’s perfect for meal prepping weekday breakfasts or for a lazy Sunday brunch with the family. What’s better? You can pull out a ton of different toppings from the fridge and let everyone customize their own.

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking
  • 1/2 cup bacon cooked bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup ham chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 sheet puff pastry dough
  • 1 eggs for brushing the tops
